Notice on how to submit a written consumer complaint
Based on article 6 section 3 of the “Act on Providing Services in Tourism” („Narodne novine“, no. 130/17) the customer has the right to file a written complaint at the business office of the Tourist Agency Čagalj Tours j.d.o.o.
